Harvested in the coolest of mornings from the pristine slopes of the Adelaide Hills, this stunning Sparkling Petit Meslier is presented to you as the vineyard intended. The nose is lush with intense floral and green apple aromas whilst still retaining an air of elegance. On the palate the wine is fruity, fresh and well balanced with subtle yeast complexities.
