Villa des Anges Rosé 2023

We love everything about this mature-vine rosé, from its beautiful salmon pink colour to the lush strawberry and raspberry aromas and crisp, refreshing finish. This wine has also won Jeff Carrel three Gold medals from the leading French wine guide, Gilbert & Gaillard. Made purely from Cinsault, it is pale salmon pink, with lush strawberry and raspberry aromas and a crisp, mouthwatering finish. The vines are more than 35 years old and produce small yields of concentrated fruit, which gives this pink lots of juicy, ripe berry flavours. But there’s also a finesse akin to a Provence rosé that makes it a perfect match for a Salade Niçoise or grilled fish.
